Terms and Conditions of Membership

To be a member, you must be a  Brick and Mortar or  Internet Quilt Shop or Retailer handling Quilting Supplies. Your submission for membership along with your user name and password will be reviewed and you will receive email confirmation of your acceptance or notice of any problems. Acceptance and continuation of membership is at the sole discretion of Grizzly Gulch Gallery.

Except for International Orders, Current Shipping/Handling charges are added to your product order and are shown on your Order Form and Invoice.

If there is a Special Sales Promotion in effect at the time of your order,  you will enter a code that has been provided to you and you will then receive the appropriate discount on your invoice.

All orders must be paid for in advance of shipping. Before or with your first order, you must supply us with your credit card information. This can be done by email or by phone. Frequently, members feel safer by submitting the credit card information divided into two emails. For security, your credit card information is not kept on line, but is maintained in our own system and we process the credit card charge directly when you order.

Note:   You enter a User Name and Password that you will use in the future.
